Draft for legal review. This is a starting template. The company’s legal adviser must review and complete it (registered legal entity, address, grievance officer) before the site goes live.
Who we are
VedhasMatrix Labs (“we”) builds websites, apps and automation for businesses, and makes software products including VedhasMatrix CRM, LinkSender and WaPlug. This policy covers this website, vedhasmatrix.com. For questions about it, write to [email protected].
Information we collect on this website
- Messages you send us: the name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the service or product you’re interested in, and the message you write in our contact form.
- Audit requests: the email address you enter to ask for a free digital growth audit.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for security and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are served from our own server. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it; it is never sent to us.
Services from other companies
- CRM: messages you send through our forms are stored as enquiries in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which only our team can access.
- WhatsApp: our “Chat on WhatsApp” links open WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy. We see the messages you choose to send us there.
How we use it
- To reply to your message, discuss your project and arrange calls.
- To review your online presence and send you the audit you asked for.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We do not sell personal data.
Our products
VedhasMatrix CRM, LinkSender and WaPlug each have their own privacy policy, published with the product, which covers the data you or your customers store in them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and server logs for a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, by writing to [email protected].
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page. See also our terms of use.
